Informative on privacy
7.1 This document is made in respect of the legislative decree 30th June 2003 n.196 titled 'code in respect of the protection of personal data' (hereinafter T. U.) and in particular in accordance with the provisions of Art. 13. The development and management of the site Sporthy.com and the processing of all the data posted by users Respect the privacy as required by the existing national and Community law. Sporthy.com/TEA WEB SAS also provides attention to the recommendations made by the International Conferences of the authorities of data protection.
7.2. Aims of the processing of data
The Data posted by users are treated for the purposes described in Article. 1.1 of abovementioned contract-Regulation (of which this paper is an integral part).
7.3. Detailed rules of the treatment of data
The Data processing is done by means of the operations or complex of operations referred to art. 4, paragraph 1 (a) of the T. U. and in particular mediated: collection, recording, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, comparison, interconnection, block, communication, cancellation, distribution.
The data are: (a) treated lawfully and correctly; (b) treated for explicit and legitimate purposes; (c) treated correctly; (d) treated for relevant issues to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently treated; (e) kept in a form which permits identification of a period of time not higher than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.
7.4. Comunication of data
The conferment of the requested data is optional with the exception of those highlighted with asterisk. The refusal of communication of the mandatory data to Sporthy.com/TEA WEB SAS involves the impossibility of registration to Site Sporthy.com
7.5. Personal data inserted by the users in their own personal pages will come to knowledge of the holders of the treatment of personal data of Sporthy.com/TEA WEB SAS, of those responsible of treatment of personal data of Sporthy.com/TEA WEB SAS, the officials of the treatment of personal data of Sporthy.com/TEA WEB SAS, of external collaborators of Sporthy.com/TEA WEB SAS, employees of Sporthy.com/TEA WEB SAS, the police and/or public security, and all the users who will enter in Sporthy.com and in general to all those which the communication is necessary for the proper fulfilment of the purposes of the site above indicated and/or for the conduct of police activity and/or inspection or control carried out for purposes of defence and security of the State or of prevention, assessment or repression of crime.

7.6. RIGHTS OF USER
The User has the right to obtain the confirmation of existence or not of personal details which concern him and the information concerning the origin of personal data, with the aims and methods of treatment, the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, the identity of the holder and the person in charge of the treatment of personal data. The updating, rectification or integration of data will be always a matter of User.
The user has always right to obtain the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form and the blocking of their data if used in violation of the law, including those of which are not necessary for conservation in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
the User has the right to obtain the operations referred to in this paragraph, even as regards to their content, of those to which the data are communicated or diffused, except in the case in which such fulfilment proves to be impossible or would require the use of disproportionate means in respect to the protected right.
The User has the right to object in whole or in part: (a) for legitimate reasons to the treatment of personal details which concern him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) the processing of personal details which concern him with the aim of sending publicity or direct sales material either for the fulfilment of market research or commercial communication. The rights referred to in this Article shall be exercised by contacting the holder of the treatment of Sporthy.com/TEA WEB SAS at Sporthy.com form under the voice privacy.

7.7. RECOMMENDATIONS TO USERS
In relation to the recommendations issued by 30th International Conference of the authorities for the protection of data held in Strasbourg 15-17 October 2008, sporthy.com/TEA WEB SAS, sensitive to issues on privacy, tries to continuously conform their interactive platform to the not mandatory directives in relation to their organizational skills and techniques. Therefore, in addition to the safety systems already adopted (possibility to withdraw easily from service, cancellation of any information published after the withdrawal) shall adopt the following suggestions:

Sporthy.com stating its users that the data entered in the World Wide Web could potentially be seen by millions of people in the world and also unlawfully used for not lawful purposes by individuals not authorized to their treatment. In this respect sporthy.com/TEA WEB SAS reminds users the 30th International Conference of the authorities for the protection of data and privacy recalls that such risks have already been the subject of analysis in the document report and guidelines on privacy in the services of social network (Memorandum of Rome) adopted during the 43rd meeting of international working group on data protection in telecommunications (3-4 March 2008), and in position paper n. 1 of ENISA dedicated to security issues and recommendations for online social networks (October 2007). It must be borne in mind that the information or pictures published could resurface in a later date for example, in occasion of the presentation of a job application.
Sporthy.com/TEA WEB SAS calls, therefore, their users to ponder and assess the inclusion and the dissemination of such data in subsequent sporthy.com site, giving particular attention to the privacy of thirds, especially in the publication of personal data or photographs without their consent. In these cases sporthy.com/TEA WEB SAS recommend all user to obtain the authorization to the treatment of image or name of the third. Sporthy.com adopts TYPES OF COMPUTER LANGUAGES TO PREVENT THE ILLEGAL collection in mass of data provided by the users. Sporthy.com/TEA WEB SAS ensure that data relating to the profiles deleted from the site will be immediately removed from its database except in cases of requirements due to police and/or inspection or control carried out for defence and security of the State or prevention, assessment or repression of crime.
Sporthy.com/TEA WEB SAS officially supports the recommendation conferred at the International Conference about the need for an informative and detailed campaign which involves public and private societies: government authorities and scholastic institutions, social network service suppliers and user and consumer associations, as well as the same authorities, in order to prevent multiple risks to the use of social network services.
